Shipping
Where can you ship to?
We ship worldwide. We use Canada Post for all shipping so we can ship to any country that trades with Canada.
How much are shipping costs?
The shipping costs are calculated based on the total shipping weight of your order and will appear when you checkout.
What is the approximate time to delivery?
Shipments are made a few times a week so you can expect your order to ship within 3 days. Note that these shipping days are NOT guaranteed and are subject to change with any unexpected change in circumstances.
Note that Canada Post delivery standards are estimates of how long it will take for the mail to be delivered and are NOT guaranteed.
US and International delivery estimates DO NOT include possible delays at the border, which may happen.
Do you provide a tracking number?
Note that all Canadian orders ship with a tracking number and for US orders you will have the option of choosing tracked shipping.
International orders DO NOT have tracking numbers. This is because the shipping charges are much higher for international tracked packages. If you want tracking for an international order be sure to contact us and we will arrange for it.
Customs
What are the customs fees when shipping to a Canadian address?
All orders from within Canada will include the HST/GST sales tax at checkout.
What are the customs fees when shipping to a US/International address?
All US and international orders are subject to the tariffs imposed by your country and are YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY. US and International customers remain 100% responsible for ANY and ALL import taxes, brokerage fees, and/or international customs import charges that may be applied to your shipment upon arrival in your country. We cannot determine the amount of these VAT fees, import taxes, or cross-border customs brokerage fees, and they are NOT included in the shipping costs. To attain more precise information about the import duties/charges you can expect to incur, please consult your government's local customs agency or the appropriate government website.
Warranty
Do you offer any warranties?
30 day warranty on all products. Customer pays return shipping.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Returns for any unused products will be accepted within 30 days of receipt. The total purchase price will be refunded but you must pay return shipping.
Do you provide any replacement parts?
We will provide free replacement parts for any faulty or unusable products at no cost to you. If you have any problems with our products please do not hesitate to contact us. These replacement terms are flexible and we will try our best to solve your issues.
Distributors
Do you work with distributors?
We can offer packaged unassembled kits complete with all hardware and electronics ready for resale. If you are interested in becoming a distributor of the Prometheus V2, please get in touch via the contact page. We can send you information regarding our bulk pricing for distributors. You will find that our prices are fair and allow for agreeable mutual profits.

Can we use your products with our 3D printers?
We are always looking to work with 3D printer manufacturers to integrate the our products into new printers.
